Now that your deposit is confirmed and your booking is underway, it’s time to settle your balance. At Experience Liberia, we’ve designed our payment process to be flexible, secure, and globally accessible — so you can focus on preparing for the unforgettable journey ahead.
💰 How to Pay Your Balance
Once your currency and total trip cost have been confirmed (usually in US Dollars – USD), the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 weeks prior to your departure.
We only accept balance payments through the following secure methods:
✅ 1. Direct Bank Transfer
Make a transfer in US Dollars directly to our designated bank account.
Bank transfer details will be shared on your personal booking page or via email from our team.
- Preferred method for international payments
- Low processing fees (varies by bank)
- Always confirm bank details directly with an Experience Liberia team member before transferring funds.
✅ 2. Mobile Money (For Local & Regional Travellers)
We accept mobile money payments for travellers within Liberia or the West African region.
- Supported platforms: MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, and other regional partners
- Details will be provided upon request
✅ 3. Western Union / MoneyGram
For travellers without access to online banking or mobile money, we accept international money transfer via Western Union or MoneyGram.
- Ensure recipient details are verified with an Experience Liberia staff member before sending
- Always email your payment receipt and transaction number to: [email protected]
⏳ Payment Deadline
- Your balance must be cleared in our account at least 10 weeks before the start of your trip.
- If you’re booking within 10 weeks of travel, the full trip cost must be paid upfront at the time of booking (see our Deposit Payment Page for details).
